PELICAN HILL GOLF CLUB
Those who selected golf during registration will play on the Ocean North Course. Perched above the Pacific with breathtaking ocean views from nearly every hole, the Ocean North Course at Pelican Hill is a masterpiece of coastal golf. Designed by Tom Fazio, this stunning layout showcases wide fairways, dramatic elevation changes, and strategically placed bunkers that challenge players of all levels. Recognized among the best resort courses in the country, Ocean North offers world-class amenities, including GPS-equipped carts, premium club rentals from top brands, and access to the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms in the Pelican Grill Golf Clubhouse.
Golfers will tee off in groups of four, starting at 9:05 AM. Your tee time will be noted on the agenda provided to you during event check-in at the Hospitality Suite. Club rentals will be selected during registration and will be pre-placed on your designated cart prior to your round.

CRYSTAL COVE
Just a ten-minute drive from the resort sits one of the most beautiful beaches the West Coast has to offer. Distinguished as a National Natural Landmark, Crystal Cove’s three miles of pristine beach are excellent for strolling and exploring.
The Resort at Pelican Hill offers complimentary shuttles to and from Crystal Cove, as well as complimentary chairs and umbrellas at the Beachcomber Express tent. Those using the complimentary shuttle service will be provided a beach bag, equipped with towels and water, for your time at Crystal Cove. Shuttle service and chair rental can be requested at the front desk in the lobby.

SHERMAN LIBRARY & GARDENS
Just minutes from Pelican Hill, Sherman Library & Gardens is a hidden gem in the heart of Corona del Mar, offering a serene escape into lush botanical beauty. This charming 2.2-acre garden showcases a stunning collection of tropical plants, succulents, and seasonal floral displays, all set among tranquil fountains and shaded pathways. The on-site library preserves the rich history of the Pacific Southwest, making it a destination for both nature lovers and history enthusiasts. Visitors can also enjoy a peaceful meal at the garden café, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon immersed in nature’s beauty.

TRAVEL DETAILS
- Attire recommendations for each event activity are specified in the agenda section. Resort casual is recommended for the duration of the event.
- Guests will schedule a flight-booking call with our Travel Concierge during registration.
- At the time of your flight-booking call, please be prepared to communicate your flight dates, times, requests, and/or preferences with the Travel Concierge.
- If you are a Canadian citizen, a valid passport is required for travel to California. Make sure you and your guest have a valid passport with an expiration date later than March 15, 2025. (If your passport expires within six months of your travel dates, you will not be permitted to board your flight.)
- Once the Travel Concierge processes your request, you will receive your flight itinerary via email. Please note that once your flight has been booked, it is difficult to change, and any additional, non-emergency related flight changes incurred will be at your expense.
- If you wish to upgrade your flights, you can do so at your own expense after your flight has been confirmed by contacting the airline directly.

- Your departure time from the resort to the airport will be scheduled in advance for you. Estimate departing from the resort approximately 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. Details about your departure will be communicated at the Hospitality Suite.
- Each winner will receive a $300 Visa gift card to use toward your dinner at leisure on Saturday, September 13. The Visa gift card will be provided at event check-in at the Hospitality Suite.
- Each room will also receive a $200 Pelican Hill resort credit to use toward resort amenities, on-site shops, or other necessities.
